EMDR
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a therapeutic approach used to help clients overcome the long-lasting effects of trauma (acute and chronic).

IFS
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself so you can feel more balanced and in control. Transactional Analysis

It teaches you about your “Parent,” “Adult,” and “Child” states so you can respond more clearly and confidently.
