QHHT was developed by author and researcher Dolores Cannon over several decades of work. It is a deep-trance hypnosis method that guides individuals into a somnambulistic state, a profound level of relaxation and inner awareness, similar to the threshold between waking and sleep. In this state, individuals explore imagery, memories, and inner experiences that may feel meaningful or illuminating.
QHHT incorporates past-life regression, the exploration of experiences that feel as though they belong to another time or place. Whether you interpret these experiences literally, symbolically, or simply as the mind’s creative storytelling, many people find them deeply reflective and personally significant.
The technique also involves connecting with what Cannon called the “Subconscious” or Higher Self, an inner source of wisdom that may offer insight, perspective, and a sense of clarity about your life, relationships, health, or well-being.
In the days leading up to your session, take some time to prepare a list of hopes or questions you have, these might relate to health issues, unusual symptoms, medical conditions you’re curious about, trauma or other experiences causing you stress, or uncomfortable situations in your life. It can also help to set some positive affirmations for the session, and to go in with an open mind.
As of July 2026, Dayami is an Intern. She is offering a total of 25 free sessions in order to enhance her skills and achieve the Lever 1 Practitioner status. Once those 25 sessions are filled, the cost of the sessions will be displayed here.
QHHT generally resonates with people who are open to exploring their inner world in a non-traditional way. Those who are curious, introspective, and drawn to questions about the deeper meaning of life and their experiences. It is not recommended for individuals who are currently experiencing active psychosis, severe dissociation, or acute mental health crises.
