This rental option is ideal for counsellors who want to work part-time but also for counsellors who are starting their journey and want to grow their practice without having to commit to a full lease contract.

1. Scheduling & Flexibility:

3 Blocks a Day: Each day would be divided into 3 blocks of 4 hours.
- Morning Block: 8 AM – 12 PM
- Afternoon Block: 12 PM – 4 PM
- Evening Block: 4 PM – 8 PM
Counsellors could book individual blocks or full days.

2. Flexible Booking Options:

You will have access to a calendar to book your space. The offices are all available and shared among other counsellors and to avoid double booking the administrative assistant will oversee the bookings. In case there is a double booking, you will be notified if there is a need to move you to another office space.

Online booking systems or calendars allow counsellors to reserve space easily by the hour, block, or day.

3. Rental Blocks & Pricing:

This pricing strategy reflects a competitive and flexible approach, tailored for counsellors who may not need a full-time office but require reliable, professional space regularly. At Conscientia Counselling, we have divided the days into 3 blocks (8-12; 12-4, 4-8) each block being 4 hours.

Block Pricing (4-hour segments): We have established our price on current counselling market availability and condition. Our pricing for a 4-hour block is $60.
Full-Day Rentals (3 blocks): Daily rentals are $150 per day for shared offices.
Multi-Day Discounts: If a counsellor rents for 3 or more full days per week, you could offer a 10-20% discount

4. Amenities:

Offices are furnished with furnishings that create a professional and welcoming environment like desks, chairs, and couches suitable for counselling settings.
Clients will have access to shared waiting areas, with comfortable seating, magazines, water and a tea station. This allows counsellors to receive clients without needing to manage a private reception space.
Our offices include part-time receptionists who greet clients, answer calls, and manage bookings.
Wi-Fi is included in the rental package, ensuring reliable internet access for virtual sessions or administrative work.
A kitchenette area with basic amenities such as a fridge and microwave, cups, plates, cutlery, and glasses is available for counsellor use. This is ideal for professionals who work long hours and need a break.
Utilities like electricity, heating, air conditioning, and cleaning services are included in the rental price, ensuring the office remains comfortable and clean without extra cost.
Renters can also be featured on our website (for a fee) and or receive referrals (conditions apply)

5. Accessibility and Parking:

Our office space is accessible to public transportation (three blocks from the Chinook C-train station) and it has free parking spaces for clients.
The building is accessible with a street-level entrance as well as an elevator directly to our suite.
