We believe that mental health education is essential in today’s world. Social media has undeniably permeated the field—and while I appreciate how it helps reduce stigma around mental health and therapy, I also find myself struggling with the countless ways psychological concepts end up simplified, minimized, or overgeneralized. That’s why we feel compelled to do our part in offering clarity and correcting misconceptions wherever possible. These presentations are just part of it.
We have created a series of seminars specifically for parents to support their parenting journey. These seminars are offered by Thaalita Amado, who is also offering Therapeutic Play
